JCNMLL 2026 Spring Season

JCNMLL SPRING 2026 PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Our spring baseball program allows children(coed) ages 4-16 the opportunity to learn the game of baseball in a safe, fair, and fun environment. Each volunteer of the Johnson City National-Major Little League will be background checked and interviewed to ensure the safety of the players. Practices will start early March, Opening day will be Saturday, March 28th, 2026 and the season will end late May. We look forward to seeing everyone at our ballparks.

In an effort to provide greater opportunity and development for players of our league, this season we will have two player pitch divisions again! Major Little League will be 11&12 year olds. Minor Player Pitch will be 9&10 year olds.

AGE DIVISION INFORMATION:

Senior League Division: 13-16 year olds

Major Little League Division: 11&12 year olds

Minor Player Pitch Division: 9&10 year olds. Highly skilled 8 year olds can play up.

Minor Coach Pitch Division: 7&8 year olds. As in the past highly skilled 5&6 year olds can play up in the division if they have played at least one season of tee ball.

Tee Ball Division: 4-6 year olds.

Late Fee: Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026-Saturday, February 14th, 2026 $20.00 added to each player

2026 T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant Program:

EVALUATIONS:

Every player registered in Senior League, and Minor Coach Pitch will need to attend evaluations. New players in the Major Little League Division and new players in the Minor Player Pitch Division will also need to come to evaluations. Evaluations will be Saturday, February 21st, 2026. Specific times TBD. Once registration closes and we have our player numbers we will send out the specific times for each age group. Evaluations are to see skill level, so we can do our best to make balanced teams. Everyone makes a team, so evaluations are not something the participants or the parents should stress about. It's a fun day of seeing new and old friends on the baseball field.

There are no evaluations for Tee Ball. Teams are made by requests of friends and coaches, and balancing out ages and genders. Our Tee Ball Division is a non-competitive program focused on fun, fitness, and fundamentals where players ages 4-6 are first introduced to the very basics of baseball. We focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game in a fun environment while incorporating a high level of physical activity.

SCHOOLS IN OUR BOUNDARIES:

Ashley Academy, Cherokee Elementary, Liberty Bell Middle School, Mountain View Elementary, Providence Academy, Southside Elementary, Towne Acres Elementary, University School, and Woodland Elementary. If your player attends one of our schools, please select which school during the registration process. DO NOT SELECT RESIDENCY. If your player attends another school, but you live in our boundaries, you can check the Little League Finder to confirm you are eligible for JCNMLL. To check, please click here: https://www.littleleague.org/play-little-league/league-finder/ If your player does lives within our boundaries and doesn’t attend one of four schools then please select RESIDENCY during the registration process.

Beginning with the 2025 season, children at the youngest level of the Little League® Baseball and Softball program (League Age 4-7) may register for any Little League program they choose, without respect to any geography- or school-related eligibility requirements. Those players who register under this option will also be fully eligible to participate in all aspects of league play, including International Tournament play, for the duration of their Little League careers provided they have continuous and unbroken participation within the specific league where initially registered and provided all other participation eligibility requirements have been met.

___ $200 Inside the Park Sponsorship: One 3’’x 8’ banner. The banner will be placed at one of our four playing facilities.

___ $80 Player Sponsorship: Sponsoring one child to play the little league season.

___ $ Donation: Any monetary donation is greatly appreciated and will help tremendously to fund our little league.

Youth sports sponsorships are a great way to show community support and advertise your business to potential customers. Without the help of the community, volunteers and parents, we would not be able to provide our children with the opportunity to play little league baseball.
